Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed.

  • You will be notified by email if there are significant delays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method

  • Delivery address

  • Order weight and size

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if available)

Please note: Delivery delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier issues, customs, etc.).


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Carriers

We may use one or more of the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Other regional delivery partners

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect customer information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
We will replace or refund the order once the carrier confirms the loss.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the package and product

  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Other charges

These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Connect Cart LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (certain items)

  • Restricted regions due to carrier limitations

  • Countries prohibited by U.S. regulations

We reserve the right to refuse any order based on shipping limitations.


9. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
