1. Return Period

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for items purchased on connectcart.store.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at connectcartllc@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item.
  2. Return Authorization: After we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Return the item to the address provided by us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Any items that are damaged, used, or missing parts cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, clearance sale items, and downloadable products cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
