Refunds & Returns

1. 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible, the item must be:

๐Ÿ”น In its original packaging

๐Ÿ”น In the same condition that you received it

๐Ÿ”น Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

๐Ÿ”น Personal care items (if opened)

๐Ÿ”น Sale or clearance items

๐Ÿ”น Digital products

๐Ÿ”น Gift cards

If you are unsure whether a product is returnable, contact us before purchasing.


3. Return Approval Process

To start a return, you must:

๐Ÿ”น Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason

๐Ÿ”น Wait for our approval and return instructions

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


4. Shipping Fees for Returns

๐Ÿ”น Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

๐Ÿ”น Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

๐Ÿ”น Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

๐Ÿ”น Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

๐Ÿ”นย  Refund processing time is typically 3โ€“7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

We may deduct a restocking fee if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.


7. Exchanges

We allow item exchanges within the 15-day window.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund after 7 business days:
