Refunds & Returns
1. 15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods
• Personal care items (if opened)
• Sale or clearance items
• Digital products
• Gift cards
If you are unsure whether a product is returnable, contact us before purchasing.
3. Return Approval Process
To start a return, you must:
- Email us at connectcartllc@gmail.com
- Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason
- Wait for our approval and return instructions
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Fees for Returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
• Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will notify you of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Refund processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
We may deduct a restocking fee if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
7. Exchanges
We allow item exchanges within the 15-day window.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund, email us at connectcartllc@gmail.com.
